Refund and Return Policy

At Hum Saath Saath Hain (HSSH NGO), we are committed to ensuring transparency and trust in all our transactions. Since we operate as a nonprofit organization dedicated to social causes, we have established the following refund and return policy.

1. Donations

• Donations made to HSSH NGO are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it is immediately put to use for charitable activities and projects.
• In case of a transaction error, such as duplicate payments or incorrect donation amounts, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and process a refund if found valid.
• To request a refund for a donation, please email us at teamhsshngo@gmail.com with proof of transaction and the reason for the refund request.

2. Event Registration Fees

• Registration fees for NGO events, workshops, or campaigns are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by us.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, registered participants may either attend the rescheduled event or request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
• Refund requests should be sent via email to teamhsshngo@gmail.com with registration details and proof of payment.

3. Merchandise and Products

• If you purchase any merchandise (such as T-shirts, books, or souvenirs) from HSSH NGO, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Membership Fees

• Membership fees for volunteering programs, donor programs, or any subscription-based services are non-refundable.
• If a member wishes to cancel their membership, they may do so at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the fees already paid.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
