On 6th June 2025, Hum Saath Saath Hain Social Welfare Foundation (HSSH), under its Swasthya Seva Sankalp Yojana, organized a Free Medical & Eye Check-Up Camp at Shiv Om Palace, near New Bus Stand, Khour, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This health initiative was aimed at providing essential medical services to the people of Khour and nearby villages—completely free of cost. The camp was a major success, thanks to the collaboration of expert doctors, partner hospitals, and the enthusiastic response of the local community.
🩺 Medical Services Provided
The camp was designed to meet the diverse healthcare needs of people across all age groups. The following free services were made available to attendees:
👶 Pediatric Consultation – A child specialist was present to address health concerns of children and provide medical advice to parents.
💧 Urology Services – A urologist attended to patients with urinary and kidney-related issues.
👁 Eye Check-Up – In collaboration with Sachdeva Netralaya Hospital, Gandhinagar, a full team conducted professional eye screenings and basic vision correction services.
💊 Free Medicines – Prescribed medicines were distributed on the spot to those in need.
👨⚕️ General Health Check-Ups – Blood pressure, sugar level, general diagnostics, and expert consultations from various fields.
Over 500+ people from Khour and nearby rural areas took advantage of these services. Many of them were senior citizens and underprivileged individuals who otherwise do not have easy access to specialist healthcare.

One of the most meaningful moments of the camp was the Certificate Distribution Ceremony, where we honored every doctor, specialist, and medical institution who supported the event.
